In November of 2022, Jon & Debbie Crampton assumed the role of Co-Managing Owners, bringing their passion for service to Box It Pack & Ship. Jon, a 20-Year Retired US Coast Guard Veteran, and Debbie, a Retired Nurse from UTMB, are dedicated individuals who truly believe in the art of serving others.
Since taking over, we have undertaken extensive renovations to transform our store into a spacious, and comfortable environment for our valued customers. We have added over 200 private postal mailboxes, offering a convenient solution for your mailing requirements. Additionally, beginning in July of 2023, we’ll provide 24/7 access to your mailbox, so you decide when it’s time to pick up your mail. Each day, this site will show that your mail’s been delivered.

Our specialty lies in creating custom boxes, tailored to fit unique items ranging from car bumpers to rocking chairs.
For added convenience, we gladly accept drop-off services for your prepaid UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS package returns. This includes Amazon returns. For that, simply select the 2nd option on the Amazon Return Menu, “UPS Drop-Off”. We can only scan bar codes. We cannot scan a QR Code
